Roof ridges are a Seagull’s favourite place to perch and spot predators, competitors and feeding opportunities. They are also a great vantage point from which to swoop down upon unsuspecting passers by.

Unsightly white bird lime stains on the roofing materials
Noise pollution from the gulls infiltrating the property’s interior
Aggressive behaviour towards humans and pets during the nesting season
