Pigeon Post and Wire

Pigeon post and wire systems are comprised of a series of posts set up to 1.5 meters apart, with a 0.45mm diameter, spring-loaded wire strung between them.

When pest birds attempt to land on the wire the "springy" unstable feel under their feet deters them.
